Although most items are in stock and ready to ship, with very popular items sometimes we do run out and need to put them on back order. We try our best to ensure this is not the case, but in the event that an item is ordered and is on back order, we will contact customers. Please email us if you have questions on any of our items.

Any items listed as Sold As-Is will not be accepted for return. The items appearing in the provided picture(s) are the items shipped. Customers with questions regarding items, must ask prior to purchase.
 
Payment:
The only payment method accepted is PayPal. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. Is the payment is not received on time, the item may be relisted.
 
Shipping:
We ship only to PayPal confirmed addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We will ship items to the address provided as the Shipping Address at time of purchase usually within 1 day of receiving payment. Items are mailed Monday – Friday only. All items will be shipped by the selected shipping method at purchase. For items delivered within the USA, items should arrive within 3-10 business days with the rate beginning at $3.95 for USPS mail with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail which was sent without shipping insurance. FedEx deliveries starting at $25 can be expected between 2-5 business days depending on location. These will not be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.

When multiple items are purchased within 7 days of each other, a single parcel may be used for shipping upon customer’s request. Customers who would like to use this option should not make single payments as those will ship immediately. Instead, customers should contact us before completing the transaction to indicate which items to ship together.
 
Returns:
Any undamaged and unused item may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please inform us of the reason for your dissatisfaction immediately as to redeem the situation. For USA customers, please ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail which was sent without shipping insurance. For international customers, please ship via Registered Mail only. Refunds take 4-6 business days to process. There are no restocking charges, however, shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
